What is a domain?

A domain is the web address of your website. A domain (if available to purchase) is one-of-a-kind and typically would consist of your business name. You can purchase as many domains as you'd like and point them all to your website.

What is a Top-Level Domain?

A Top-Level Domain is the ending of your domain name and comes after the period.

Top-Level Domains a.k.a. TLD's, can be almost anything - from .com to .cafe.

Will you purchase my domain, or should I?

We recommend that you setup your domain. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help!
NOTE: We may need access to your domain account in order to make the necessary updates (DNS Change) to point your domain to our server.

What is a DNS change and why do I need to use it on my domain?

DNS stands for Domain Name System and essentially points a domain to a server.

Will I own the domain?

Absolutely! You will always own your own domain.

When updating DNS settings, how long can it take?

Propagation can take about 24 hours to complete, however, this typically is faster.
