A domain (commonly referred to as a domain name) is the web address of your website. A domain (if available to purchase) is one-of-a-kind and typically would consist of your business name. You can buy as many domains as you’d like and point them all to your website.

DNS stands for Domain Name System, and the purpose is to point a domain to a server.

Will I own the domain?

Absolutely! You will always own your domain(s). We don’t hold domain names hostage.

When updating DNS settings, how long can it take?

Propagation can take about 24 hours to complete, however, this typically is faster (within an hour or two).
